What is an IEP?An Individual Education Plan (IEP) is a written plan created for a student in consultation with parents/guardians. It provides detailed information to help parents/guardians, school and board staff understand the student's learning needs and how best to support them. The IEP is part of the student's file and is reviewed/updated at least once every reporting period.
