SCDSB invites Indigenous students and families to join community feastsOctober 10, 2017 Category: NewsBack to News Page

​The Simcoe County District School Board (SCDSB) is hosting community feasts across the county. The events are intended to welcome Indigenous students and their families into schools and provide information about available SCDSB activities and programs.

Attendees will receive a catered dinner and be eligible for door prizes, in addition to the information session. Feasts are taking place at:

• Cundles Heights Public School
   60 Cundles Road East, Barrie
   October 12   4-7 p.m.

• Ferndale Woods Elementary School
   170 Ferndale Drive South, Barrie
   October 18    4-7 p.m.

• Cameron Street Public School
   575 Cameron Street, Collingwood
   October 25    4-7 p.m.

• Bradford District High School
   70 Professor Day Drive, Bradford
   November 8   4-7 p.m.

All events are free to attend. No advance registration is required.
