During the 2015-2016 school year, an Accommodation Review Committee (ARC) was created to evaluate the accommodation pressures within the community of Stayner. The schools involved are Byng Public School, Clearview Meadows Elementary School and Stayner Collegiate Institute.

The ARC is comprised of two parent guardians from each affected school as well as two students from each affected secondary school.
