SCDSB celebrates the beginning of Pride Month by raising flag at Education Centre
The Simcoe County District School Board (SCDSB) is committed to providing environments that are inclusive and free from discrimination. In support of these efforts, and to demonstrate our ongoing support to the 2SLGBTQI+ community, the Progressive Pride flag was raised outside the SCDSB Education Centre in Midhurst on June 1. The flag will remain raised for the rest of Pride Month.

In addition, all schools have received a Progressive Pride flag, and are encouraged to lead activities that support the 2SLGBTQI+ community and our commitment to safe, inclusive schools.
