Audit Committee – Nov. 3, 2025
The Board approved the following motions:
- That the Board approve the audited financial statements for the year ended Aug. 31, 2025, as set out in Report No. AUD-D-1a, Audited 2024-25 Financial Statements, dated Nov. 3, 2025.
- That the Board approve the Proposed Regional Internal Audit Plan 2025-27, as set out in Appendix A of Report No. AUD-D-1b, Internal Audit Update, dated Nov. 3, 2025.
