Students, staff, volunteers and co-op employers recognized at annual character recognition event

More than one hundred students, staff, volunteers and co-op employers will be recognized at the Simcoe County District School Board (SCDSB)’s annual Character Recognition Evening on May 16. Honourees were nominated by their peers and colleagues for their demonstration of one or more of the board’s character attributes: integrity, responsibility, cooperation, caring, respect, optimism, honesty, equality, courage and inclusiveness. The event includes a musical performance by students.

The Character Recognition Evening runs from 6 to 7:30 p.m. in the Roy Edwards Room at the SCDSB Education Centre, 1170 Highway 26 in Midhurst.
