This update provides highlights of the Simcoe County District School Board (SCDSB) Special Board Meeting held Wednesday, November 13, 2019. This meeting was scheduled to approve the 2018-2019 financial statements.

B-1-a Audit Committee – November 4, 2019

The Board approved the following motions:

1. That the Board approve the audited financial statements for the year-ended August 31, 2019, as set out in APPENDIX B of Report No. AUD-D-1, Audited 2018-2019 Financial Statements, dated November 4, 2019.
2. That the Board approve the Annual Audit Committee Report: Year End August 31, 2019, as set out in Report No. AUD-D-2, Annual Audit Committee Report: Year End August 31, 2019, dated November 4, 2019.
3. That the Board approve the Proposed Regional Internal Audit Plan 2019-2020, as set out in Report No. AUD-D-3, Internal Audit Update, dated November 4, 2019.
