Delegation Information

Thank you for taking an active role in Simcoe County’s public education process.

Board and Committee Meetings

All Standing Committee (Business and Program), Board, and Special Board Meetings are held at the Simcoe County District School Board (SCDSB) Education Centre, located at 1170 Highway 26 in Midhurst (across from the museum), and the public is welcome to attend.
The Board meetings are live-streamed via YouTube, and posted on our SCDSB YouTube channel. The Business and Program meetings are video recorded and posted on our SCDSB YouTube channel.

Members of the public are welcome to attend the meetings in-person or watch Board and Standing Committees online. The public is reminded that observers do not have an opportunity to speak during the meeting unless they are scheduled to present or delegate before the Board as outlined  in the delegation process below. Members of the public are expected to act responsibly with decorum and respect. No outside placards, banners, signs, pennants, etc. shall be brought/worn to a board meeting, nor is the distribution of flyers permitted.
