Operational Plan for the 2024-25 school year outlines the actions the board took in order to achieve the goals of the
SCDSB Strategic Priorities. The actions within the Operational Plan provide an overview and offer accountability as to how the board’s priorities are being addressed by staff.
Together, the Strategic Priorities and Operational Plan constitute the board’s Strategic Plan.
