In the SCDSB, the Elementary Teachers’ Federation of Ontario (ETFO) represents three separate groups: ETFO Contract Teachers (permanent elementary teachers), ETFO Designated Early Childhood Educators (DECEs) and ETFO Occasional Teachers (elementary occasional teachers).
A local collective agreement is in place for the term of Sept. 1, 2022 to Aug. 31, 2026.
